Why Does My Fps Drop When I Play Valorant?

A problem that occurs as a result of your computer not being able to fully afford the game or not fully meet the game's optimization value.

When playing Valorant, you can determine whether the FPS drop is caused by the processor or caused by the video card by looking at how many percent your processor uses the Valorant game.

How do I upgrade VALORANT FPS?

You can upgrade your FPS by applying a few suggestions that will relax your processor a little bit.

1-) Change The Computer Power Option

We will try to keep our computer at high performance by opening this suggestion when logging in to the game.

  • By going to the start Search screen, we search and open the Control Panel.
  • We turn on hardware and audio.

  • We click Power Options.

  • We choose high performance from the options we face.

2-) Lowering Windows Visual Effect

The visual effect of Windows can reduce the performance of the game, even if it is a little bit. What we need to do for this is to save the changes by taking the Windows visual effect to the lowest setting after entering the game. Your Windows theme may drop. When you come out of the game, you can make it old again.

  • By typing this computer in the start search bar, right-click it and click Properties.

  • On the system properties screen that opens, click Advanced System Settings in the right menu.

  • From the system settings that open, we press the Settings button under the performance group heading.

  • On the drop-down screen, we call apply by selecting the set option for Best Performance.

3- ) Valorant Pixel Reduction

This method will Pixel the Valorant game. The appearance may seem very bad for us, but it will increase your FPS.

  • Enter %appdata% in the start search bar and press enter.
  • We return to the previous folder of the folder we reached. So;

  • From the folders to be sorted, we open the Local folder.

  • In the folder, we open the VALORANT folder by finding it.

  • On the resulting screen, we open the Saved folder.
  • We open the Config file from the listed folders.
  • Folders can be sorted in front of you as shown below. These are your settings files in the game. If you have already logged into other accounts, the config files for those accounts are stored here. If an extra folder is sorted, we will apply the settings I showed you to any file and copy them to other files. Config accounts in different accounts listed below;

  • For example, by selecting the top file and opening the Windows folder, GameUserSettings.ini're opening the file that says ini.

  • We will change the config syntax listed under [ScalabilityGroups]. I'll tell you, we're changing the sequences and recording them.
    • sg.ResolutionQuality=70.000000
    • sg.ViewDistanceQuality = 0
    • sg.AntiAliasingQuality = 0
    • sg.ShadowQuality = 0
    • sg.PostProcessQuality = 0
    • sg.TextureQuality = 0
    • sg.EffectsQuality = 0
    • sg.FoliageQuality = 0
    • sg.ShadingQuality = 0
