With the use of various skins that Valorant players purchased in-game, they do not like some skins and want to create a return request. With Valorant's global refund policy update on May 30, 2021, players can now create a refund request and receive a refund for the VP they spent on the skin. However, there are various rules in Valorant's return policy. If you have fulfilled one of the items listed below, you will not be able to perform the refund process.

  • Character Contract Levels
  • Premium Battle Pass
  • Premium Battle Pass Levels
  • Weapon Skin Levels
  • Radianite Points
  • Packets
  • If you use or upgrade your weapon skin

If you do not have any of the processes listed above, you can process your return. However, if the purchase process of the skin you are going to return has exceeded 2 weeks, unfortunately, you cannot return it. If you have purchased any skin but used it in more than one match, unfortunately you cannot return it.

How to Get Valorant Skin Refund?

If all the rules mentioned above are suitable for you, you can return the skin you have successfully purchased. Follow the steps below to perform the refund process.

  1. We will need to be redirected to the Valorant purchase history page Click to be redirected to purchase history.
  2. Browse to the Purchase History heading by scrolling down in the forwarded address.
  3. If you are not connected to your Riot account, click the login button to log in.
  4. After you log in to the Riot account, the products you purchased will be listed under the Purchase History heading, in order to process your return, if appropriate within the rules.
  5. You can return your product instantly by clicking the Refund button next to the product you are going to return.
