Hardware Issues

To be sure:

Set Date and Time Correctly

Try DFU mode on your device

DFU mode is Firmware shortening mode. It restores your device.

  • Connect any of your IOS device to Mac or Windows PC.
  • Start iTunes. Make sure you are using the most recent version on your computer.
  • Press the Power and Home button for 5-10 seconds until the device restarts, then release the Power button and continue holding the Home button.
  • Your iOS device stays black but will detect the device in recovery mode.
  • Choose Restore.
