Why Was My WhatsApp Account Banned?

1. You may be using an unsupported version of WhatsApp.( or WhatsApp plus etc.)
2. If you applied spam to the opposite party from the Whatsapp app.(Mass Message)
3. If you've been complained about.
4. Dealing with child abuse.
5. If a virus file or a malicious letter was sent to the other party.
6. If other users are imitating.
7. If there was racism.
8. Spreading fake news to opposite parties.

If your Whatsapp account has been banned, if you have performed one of these 7 items, your account may have been closed for this reason.

Temporary Ban

it's a short-term ban. This ban can last for several hours or several days. Because it is a ban for warning purposes, it asks you to use Whatsapp in a way that does not limit the violation of the rules. If you again take a step that limits the violation of the rules, Whatsapp may permanently ban your account.

Permanent Ban

It's an irreversible ban. If you have received a permanent ban through the registered number, you will not use Whatsapp in any way through the number you ate banned. But you can use it through a new phone number.

How Do I Resolve The Whatsapp Ban?

Temporary Ban Caused By WhatsApp App Release

If you have received a temporary ban, follow a few steps below;

1. In this process, we will delete our WhatsApp app, so let's take our chat backup.
2. Remove the modified version of WhatsApp.
3. Download the original WhatsApp app by opening the Appstore or GooglePlay app.
4. Try logging into your account with your forbidden mobile phone.
5. If you are forbidden and the countdown tool returns, your account will be opened in a short time.

Prohibition From Sending Bulk Messages(Spam) 

If you send too many spam messages to the opposite party, your account may be banned. If you are banned because of this condition, follow a few steps below;

1. When you open the WhatsApp app, you will see a message box in front of you that says options.
2. Click on the support section.
3. Click or copy the email address in the" general business issues " option.
4. If you click, it will direct you to the email location.
5. In the explanation section, you can solve the problem by telling the authorities.(The mail you send can be answered within 3 days.)

Permanent Prohibition Solution

If you see the message "Your Number can no longer use our service" on the WhatsApp app screen, your phone number is permanently banned. Now you can try to find a solution by sending an email to a WhatsApp support line to solve it.

You can expect them to give a refund by copying the email address I'll leave below and explaining that you're innocent to the Whatsapp support line.
