ARK: Survival Evolved Trigger Problem

Causes of errors?

The error is most likely caused by re-downloading or missing files. You can do this by verifying the integrity of the game files. Another reason why the problem is floating is game optimization by GeForce Experience. For that, try closing ARK: Survival Evolved game.

Verify the integrity of files

• First, open the Steam program and enter the Library section.
• Find ARK: Survival Evolved in your games on the left.
• Right-click on its name in the list and select Properties from the context menu that will appear.
• Go to the Local Files tab and click the Verify Integrity of Game Files button.

Solution: Disable Game Optimization in GeForce Experience

Open the GeForce experience from the Start section and click the cog icon in the upper right corner.

1-Select games in the Settings tab and disable the Optimize newly added games option. This disables automatic optimization for all games on your computer.

If you only want to exclude ARK, check the box again and go back to the GeForce Experience main screen.

2-Click on the details of the game you want to stop optimizing. You will see a green check saying Game optimized and confirm your choice.

Run the Game in Compatibility Mode for Windows 7

• Right click on the game on the desktop and enter its properties.
• Go to ShooterGame >> Binaries >> Win64 and right click on ShooterGame.exe.
• In the properties section, go to the compatibility tab and select the option to run this program in compatibility mode. In the menu that comes up, select the one recommended by Windows.
