I have tried to download the game from both battlenet and steam but the game crashes on ricochet screen, also i have tried the video and gets in but the game ask for patch the corrupt and back to square one. I am getting 3 error particularly 0xC0000374 (0) N, 0xC00001338 (0) N and 0xC88
